The room opens onto the balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the park. The size 80/200 cm, table with 4 chairs, sideboard with satellite TV. In addition it is possible to put on an extra bed of 80/200 cm. 2 gas and electric stoves, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine for the Italian guests. From the living room you can reach the terrace for 4 people, where you can dine in any weather. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the park of the villa. The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof is bathroom with shower, shelves for towels, dressing area with built-in sink, bidet and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The apartment is perfectly clean and disinfected, especially with steam cleaners for a higher level of hygiene. The use of a washing machine is possible in consultation with the owner, all in one part of a villa, Haustiere müssen vom Vermieter erlaubt werden.Der Hund muss von der Mieter gut beherscht sein. Für den Aufenthalt des Haustieres wird in Absprache mit dem Vermieter des Apartments besprechen werden. Falls der Hund zu viele Haare veliert empfelhen wir zum  Friseursalon zu bringen.
